Our Demand team calls within 2 hours to understand your needs, explain our process, and help you choose the right subscription plan.
A one-time search fee confirms your booking and immediately activates our priority nanny search process for your family.
Our Ops team does a detailed alignment call covering timings, language, baby's diet & routine, household rules, and special needs.
Our trained Supply team shortlists verified nanny profiles from our curated pool that precisely match your requirements.
Shortlisted profiles with photos, experience, and background info are shared within 48 hours for you to review and shortlist.
Interview shortlisted nannies in-person or via video call — coordinated by our Ops team around your schedule.
Once you select your nanny, we confirm on a call, adjust the search token, and collect the remaining balance to begin onboarding.
The nanny is formally onboarded, background verification begins immediately, and the full BGV report is shared within 24 hours.
Your nanny joins on the agreed date. A dedicated Relationship Manager is assigned for ongoing support, feedback, and replacements.
